Global Survey and Leica software development team have developed software that will allow the viewing and use of Landonline data on the graphical display of the Viva System .
1. Extract from Landonline and upload - it's as simple as that.
The process is as simple as choosing and extracting the XML information you require from Landonline. The XML file is then uploaded to the instrument via Leica Geo office.
2. All points and parcels graphically displayed.
Points and lines are available for setout, calculations, or as background image. View in real time both the instrument and Rover/Prism location on the map display along with any new surveyed points and lines.
3. Ensure all relevant marks are searched for.
As all extracted points are displayed on the Leica System 1200 there is no need to be overloaded with paper plans. Boundaries and old marks are displayed making it easy to pick the points that will set up your definition.
4. Touch Screen Controller reduces searching time.
Use the touch screen controller and simply touch the point that needs to found and setout details will be shown and the user quickly guided to the point. No time wasted in calculating or checking the setout position.
5. On screen calculations.
All CoGo functions can be calculated from the map display. By using the zoom controls the scale can be quickly altered to ensure the correct marks are picked. Log files of calculations are recorded on the instrument for office QA.
6. Complete site coverage for topos ensured.
As all new points surveyed are displayed on the screen, it is quick to check that topos cover the intended parcel. This is a huge advantage on sites where boundaries can be difficult to locate or where occupation is not on the boundary.
